This sampler pack highlights three different flavor profiles from our small batch oils grown in the unique coastal environment of Carlsbad, California in Northern San Diego County. The Blend is a balanced oil mixed from 10 varieties of olives originating from the areas of Italy, Spain, France, and Greece. Our Spanish Blend is produced Picudo and Empeltre olive varieties and has a rich but well-balanced taste. The French Blend oil is a light golden oil with a bold and complex flavor underscored by a buttery aromatic.
