This sampler pack highlights three different flavor profiles from our small batch oils grown in the unique coastal environment of Carlsbad, California in Northern San Diego County. The Blend is a balanced oil mixed from 10 varieties of olives originating from the areas of Italy, Spain, France, and Greece. Our Empeltre is produced from mature, black olives and has a mild, sweet taste. The Picudo oil is a light golden oil with a bold yet well-balanced peppery flavor.
